By enrolling in any online or offline course offered by EWS Mindcrft, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. No Refund After Admission

Once a student confirms admission and pays the course fee, the fee is generally non-refundable.

This policy exists because EWS Mindcrft provides students with access to a private video learning portal where class recordings and course materials are made available.

Once access is granted, students can view or download course content. Because digital educational content can be accessed immediately after enrollment, refunds cannot normally be issued.

This policy protects the academy from situations where a student might:

  • Take admission

  • Access course recordings

  • Copy or download the course content

  • Later request a refund after consuming the training material

Since the academy cannot track or recover downloaded educational material, fees are not refundable after enrollment.

2. Limited Refund Eligibility (Performance Guarantee)

EWS Mindcrft believes in delivering real results through our training programs. Therefore, students may become eligible for a refund only under the following specific conditions:

2.1 Job Assistance Condition

If a student:

  • Completes the full course

  • Follows all assignments and training modules

  • Participates in required assessments

  • Applies to job opportunities provided by the academy

and EWS Mindcrft fails to help the student secure a job opportunity, the student may request a refund review.

Refund approval will depend on verification that the student has completed all course requirements and actively participated in the placement process.

2.2 Business Growth Condition

Some students enroll in our programs to grow their own business using digital marketing skills.

If a student:

  • Completes the entire course

  • Properly implements the strategies taught

  • Follows the mentorship guidance provided

and still does not achieve measurable business growth, the student may request a refund evaluation.

The academy may review:

  • Implementation proof

  • Campaign setup

  • Business activity reports

Refund approval is subject to verification that the student actively applied the training methods taught in the course.

3. Refund Review Process

Refund requests under the above conditions will be evaluated through the following process:

  1. Student submits a written refund request.

  2. The academy reviews:

    • Course completion status

    • Assignment participation

    • Implementation of strategies

  3. A review meeting may be scheduled.

  4. A decision will be communicated within 15–30 business days.

The academy reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on evidence and course participation.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Student decides to quit the course voluntarily

  • Student fails to attend classes

  • Student does not complete assignments

  • Student does not follow mentorship guidance

  • Student requests a refund after accessing learning materials

  • Student fails to apply the course strategies in practice

Access to this portal is considered delivery of digital educational content, which is typically non-refundable once access has been granted.
