Job Guarantee Policy

At EWS Mindcrft Digital Marketing Academy, we are committed to helping students build practical digital marketing skills and supporting them in their career journey. While we provide career guidance and job assistance, employment depends on multiple factors such as student performance, skills, and market demand.
To support our students, the academy may offer a Conditional Job Guarantee / Refund Eligibility Program under the following terms.
1. Course Completion Requirement
To become eligible for the Job Guarantee or refund evaluation, the student must:
Complete 100% of the course modules
Attend at least 80% of live or offline classes
Submit all assignments and practical tasks
Participate in practice projects and assessments
Demonstrate satisfactory skill development
Students who do not complete the training requirements will not qualify for job assistance or refund eligibility.
2. Portfolio and Practical Implementation
Students must build a digital marketing portfolio during the course.
This may include:
Running sample ad campaigns
SEO project implementation
Website or landing page creation
Social media marketing strategies
Digital marketing case studies
The portfolio helps demonstrate practical skills to potential employers.
3. Job Application Requirement
Students must actively apply for job opportunities after completing the course.
Minimum requirements include:
Applying to at least 20–30 job opportunities
Attending interviews scheduled by the academy or independently
Submitting proof of job applications
Students must cooperate with the academy’s placement guidance process.
4. Placement Support Period
EWS Mindcrft provides job assistance support for a limited period after course completion.
This may include:
Resume creation guidance
Interview preparation
Job referrals
Career mentorship
The standard placement support period is up to 3–6 months after course completion.
5. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
A student may become eligible to request a refund review only if all the following conditions are met:
The student has completed the entire course.
All assignments and projects have been submitted.
The student has applied for a minimum number of job opportunities.
The student has attended interviews and followed placement guidance.
The academy has not been able to assist the student in securing employment within the placement support period.
If all these conditions are verified, the student may request a refund review under the academy’s policy.
6. Refund Review Process
Refund requests under the Job Guarantee Program will be evaluated through the following process:
Student submits a written refund request.
The academy reviews:
Course completion status
Assignment and project submissions
Job application records
Interview participation
The academy evaluates the student’s overall participation and performance.
The refund decision will be communicated within 15–30 business days.
7. Situations Where Job Guarantee Does Not Apply
The Job Guarantee or refund policy will not apply in the following situations:
The student fails to complete the course.
The student refuses to attend interviews.
The student declines reasonable job opportunities.
The student does not follow academy guidance.
The student lacks basic communication or professional skills required for employment.
The student violates academy rules or policies.
8. Employment Disclaimer
EWS Mindcrft does not control hiring decisions made by external companies.
Employment opportunities depend on:
Student skill level
Interview performance
Industry demand
Employer hiring criteria
Therefore, job placement cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
9. Academy Rights
EWS Mindcrft reserves the right to:
Modify placement support processes
Update job assistance guidelines
Change the Job Guarantee terms if necessary
Any updates will be published on the official website.
